He is extremely knowledgeable about the product & how it works.  He had an organized binder with a diagram showing the product & what every part does. "We went solar!!!!!!! Needed a new hot water heater. So we called and asked 1,001 questions. Our salesman , Dustin, came out and was very professional, even had a couple suggestions for placement on the roof to maximize solar effectiveness. The team of installers showed up when they said.
